Users of Real Estate Dynamics have observed that among the greatest of its many strengths is the use of “practical applications”. This learning method requires students to apply the theories and principles learned in the preceding chapters. Subsequently, this book is divided into eighteen chapters that coincide with the Real Estate Dynamics textbook. Three “practical application” chapters are included in the Real Estate Dynamics book. Broker Xpress is divided into twenty chapters, five of which are “practical application” chapters, along with a robust glossary of real estate terms.  All twenty chapters conclude with a twenty-five question quiz relevant to the chapter content to reinforce complete comprehension of the material.  The final chapter is a math review intended to familiarize students with basic mathematical formulas that are most frequently used in real estate transactions and on state licensing examinations.
