Post-License Education

Post-Licensing Requirement

Stay current. Stay compliant. Stay ahead.

All newly licensed Salespersons in Georgia are required to complete a 25-hour Post-License course within their first year of licensure.

  • This course must be approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC).
  • Failure to complete the course within the first year will result in a lapsed license.

The Atlanta REALTORS® School of Real Estate offers a GREC-approved CAM Program Series that qualifies for Post-License credit. We also partner with trusted online education providers to offer flexible course options that fit your schedule.
