Postlicense Education
Postlicensing Requirement
Stay current. Stay compliant. Stay ahead.
All newly licensed Salespersons in Georgia are required to complete a 25-hour Postlicense course within their first year of licensure.
- This course must be approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC).
- Failure to complete the course within the first year will result in a lapsed license.
The Atlanta REALTORS® School of Real Estate offers a GREC-approved CAM Program Series that qualifies for Postlicense credit. We also partner with trusted online education providers to offer flexible course options that fit your schedule.
