Whether you're preparing to become a broker or maintaining your active license, Atlanta REALTORS® School of Real Estate offers the comprehensive courses you need to succeed.

 

Broker Continuing Education (CE)

Stay current. Stay compliant. Stay ahead.

If you hold an active real estate license with a license number above 100,000, the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) requires you to complete 36 hours of approved continuing education (CE) every four years. This includes:

  • 3 hours on the topic of License Law (required for all licensees)

  • 18 hours of Broker-specific CE (required for Brokers, included in the 36 hours total)

Atlanta REALTORS® School of Real Estate offers a wide range of GREC-approved Broker CE courses — both in-person and online — designed to keep you up to date with evolving laws, best practices, and leadership skills to help you grow your business and serve your clients.
