If you hold an active real estate license with a license number above 100,000, the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) requires you to complete 36 hours of approved continuing education (CE) every four years. This includes:

  • 3 hours on the topic of License Law (required for all licensees)

  • 18 hours of Broker-specific CE (required only for those holding a Broker's license, included in the 36 hours total)

Atlanta REALTORS® School of Real Estate offers a wide range of GREC-approved Continuing Education courses — both in-person and online — designed to keep you up to date with evolving laws, best practices, and leadership skills to help you grow your business and serve your clients.
