About Event

This 3-hour CE course provides licensed real estate professionals in Georgia with a comprehensive overview of residential property management — including the legal/regulatory framework, landlord/tenant relations, lease-and-unit management, risk mitigation, and operational best practices. Learners will gain actionable knowledge to manage residential rental properties in compliance with Georgia law and GREC rules, enhance profitability, protect assets, and serve clients effectively. Course 79415 GREC approved for 3 hours CE credit. If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit.
