The Atlanta area has over 4,000 homes with green features identified in the Green Building Registry. The number is not all inclusive, either. Green features should signal a home that will perform better and cost less to maintain. Listing higher performing homes deserves an agent with the knowledge to identify, list, and market appropriately. This course will focus on resources that will empower agents to address this growing trend. Even the secondary mortgage market is focusing on energy efficiency in loan portfolios and selling guidelines. Come learn from the appraiser perspective how to better engage with the buyer, seller and appraiser.
