Step into the spotlight and learn from real estate’s biggest on-screen mishaps. Join us for an in-person Salesperson CE class, Reel Estate - The CEquel: When Life Imitates Film...Again!, on Thursday, May 21 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Paulding Chamber of Commerce.

Course Description: We all know the trials and tribulations of real estate and all the things that can go wrong from undisclosed (or disclosed) liens, buyer and seller remorse, problematic neighbors, disclosure issues, and fraud. We can talk about these issues and give war stories all day long, but what better way to illustrate the various issues real estate agents face when dealing with property than to see it on the big screen? This course will utilize clips from films to show scenarios and then discuss those issues with the class and how to address and/or avoid them when working with clients.
