This CE course is a three-hour class addressing the “Three D’s” of Real Estate. We will first address issues that might arise when a property is titled in the name of a decedent and how to solve those issues through probate and estate planning. Additionally, the topics of divorce as it relates to title and general asset protection will be addressed.
