Every year the Georgia REALTORS make changes to its various contract forms. Agents are invited to join Seth Weissman as he explains each of the changes for 2025, why the changes were made and how to use the forms with the new changes. This class will also focus on the most common mistakes agents make with contracts and how the NAR Settlement impacts the new forms.
