This session begins with a short overview of the Realtors®Property Resource (RPR®) platform, a benefit of Realtor® membership at noadditional charge. From there, we will look at current commercial trends andexamine real life scenarios. We will then walk through the process ofidentifying local opportunities through strategic site selection and analyzingreturns, with the tools found in RPR.
Nathan Graham will be joined by Charlie Dawson. Charlie Dawson is the Vice President of Engagement and Advocacy Outreach for the National Association of REALTORS®. The Engagement team works with industry stakeholders to ensure they are equipped with pertinent information and resources that fuel NAR members’ businesses to thrive. These partners include state & local REALTOR® Association leaders, Diversity programs and partnerships, NAR’s commercial practitioners and programs, policy development and compliance for local and regional MLSs, and expansion of the REALTOR® brand globally through growth of REALTOR® members abroad and its 100 international bilateral partnerships.
