This class is to ensure the students understand Fair Housing and its impact on communities and individuals. Fair Housing law establishes equal treatment for everyone as the standard. Social stigmas, personal biases and stereotypes can affect the way we do business subconsciously. The perception of biased treatment will lead to trouble. While, sensitivity to diverse culture leads to inclusion which increase the quality of life FOR ALL in the community!
