About Event

**THIS CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM**
In this course, the students will examine Georgia's real estate license law and how it governs the licensing and conduct of real estate professionals. This course provides an overview of the role, structure, responsibilities and duties of the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

This class meets the GREC 3-hour mandated license law requirement for real estate license renewal.
