**THIS CLASS MAY TAKE PLACE VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM** This decision will be made closer to the course start date based on public safety due to COVID-19. If you are not interested in taking the class virtually, you will have an option for a refund or transfer. This course covers the mandatory topics required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for all licensees renewing their licenses after July 1, 2016. Focus is on those areas causing the greatest deal of confusion about the law and those resulting in the largest number of violations. Please Note: If you have previously taken this course, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires 366 days before you can receive credit.

Joe Kennedy, ABR, ASR, CBR, C-CREC, DREI
Joe has been involved in real estate education since 1977. During his real estate career, he has served as director of several of Georgia's prominent real estate education providers. Joe is a Past President of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association, as well as the Region 5 Past President of the National Real Estate Educators Association. He remains active in both his real estate practice and in education and firmly believes "One must be active in the industry to become not only an effective educator, but an effective mentor." Joe holds numerous professional designations and is the founder of the Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) designation.
