About Event

A review of the changes made to the 2019 GAR Forms, emphasizing not only what changed, but why the change was made. Some changes may be due to recent court decisions or changes in statutory law. Others are merely format or similar issues to provide a better format for licensees and consumers. Regardless of whether you use the GAR forms, it is essential to understand the changes in order to present the offer/counteroffer to your client!
