The course provides the tools needed to pass the math portion of the school and state final exams in a simple straightforward method. Learn the EASY way to calculate taxes, prorations, valuation/market sales price, yields, points, originations fee, monthly payments, amortization, NOI, capitalization and more.
Please Note: no educational credit is given for this program. However, it may be used to make up hours that you missed in your classroom course if needed.
