This program explores in detail the individual parts and pieces of a building that you may choose to highlight in written descriptions, images and discussion to draw attention to the character and quality of a home. You will learn how to properly identify elements; avoid common incorrect descriptions; spot inappropriate elements; and, explain why these elements are out of place. It's all in preparation for your client's question, "What that called?"
