Mr. Lyles will be speaking on how real estate agents can stand out from the competition and win more listings. This is accomplished by using insights from their target audience to create a value proposition that enables homeowners to see how the agent is uniquely positioned to help them. This value proposition becomes the foundation of the agent’s business and dramatically improves their lead generation and conversion rates. When asked, “Why should I hire you over any other agent?”, most agents cannot provide a clear, compelling answer that communicates how they are unique among the other agents the homeowner may be considering. As such, agents are often treated as a commodity, where homeowners assume one agent is just as capable as the next.
