HWS | CE Class - Rehabilitation Loan

The goal of the Continuing Education class is to teach the real estate community how to use the Renovation loan to assist sellers and buyers in the current market to maximize their selling and buying power. This course will give a detailed overview of the FHA 203K refinance and purchase programs. Origination of the rehabilitation program allows borrower to purchase or refinance their home and include the cost to renovate it in the same loan. These programs are of great use when buying foreclosure or distressed properties that are otherwise not financeable or getting their current property up to selling standards for a sale. This course will be taught by Barbara Jacobson of Dickason Law Group.
