About Event

You will learn: to distinguish between association and owner maintenance obligations and explore practical tips for resolving maintenance disputes; review insurance requirements for community associations and compare and contrast different types of community association insurance policies; address which losses each type of policy covers and how much coverage is required by Georgia law for different types of community associations; and, evaluate an association’s maintenance and repair obligations using different scenarios – including scenarios in which there is no insurance coverage and in which there is coverage.
