About Event

Enforcing Use Restrictions and Architectural Controls in Community Associations
Students will review different types of enforcement mechanisms permitted by community association covenants and common defenses usually raised against these enforcement procedures. Students will learn about federal laws regulating enforcement issues in community associations, such as the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the Fair Housing Act.
