Session 1 | 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Training for smaller brokerages (boutique brokerages or offices with fewer than 30 agents) on building your brand, building your team(staff), choosing the right tools/resources to be successful, and recruiting.
Registration begins at 9:30 am for this session.

Networking Lunch | 11:30 am -12:30 pm

Session 2 | 11:30 am - 2:00 pm
Training for larger brokerages (boutique brokerages or offices with more than 30 agents) on building your brand, building your team (staff), choosing the right tools/resources to be successful, and recruiting.
