Demand: Buyer activity slowed toward year-end, with total sales declining to 4,260, reflecting typical seasonal softening as the market moved into December.

Price: Home prices adjusted modestly, with the median sales price dipping to $410,000 and the average sales price settling at $520,000, indicating continued normalization after prior highs.

Supply: Inventory edged upward, supported by 15,399 active listings and a 3.5-month supply. New listings declined to 4,447, signaling a quieter listing environment as sellers paused during the holiday season.
