We encourage our members to make safety part of their everyday routine by using trusted resources, planning ahead, and staying alert in every real estate setting.

Before meeting a new client or showing a property, take a few minutes to prepare.

• Verify the identity of new prospects before meeting in person.
• Meet first-time clients in a public place or at your office when possible.
• Let someone know where you are going and when you expect to return.
• Keep your phone charged and easily accessible.
• Park where you can leave quickly if needed.
• Trust your instincts and leave any situation that feels unsafe.
