SMS Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive text messages from the Association, you agree to receive SMS messages related to membership, events, reminders, alerts, and other Association communications.
The Association's text messaging service is one-way only. Replies are not monitored, and the Association does not respond to text messages.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of membership or any other service.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency will vary based on your preferences and the Association's communications, but you will not receive more than seven messages per month. The Association does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Association text message or by texting STOP to 470-470-4995 or 678-212-5029. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you opt in again.
Availability
Text message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your wireless carrier or service availability.
Privacy
Your information will be handled in accordance with the Association's Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
The Association may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the text messaging program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
