Todd Emerson, Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of Harry Norman, Realtors Atlanta Perimeter and Blue Ridge Offices, began his real estate career in 1998 when he joined his mother, Mel’s, already successful real estate business.  Todd was recognized as Rookie of the Year his first full year in real estate and then 2 years later was recognized as Agent of the Year in his office.  Mel and Todd continued working together as a team until 2005, when Todd was offered an opportunity to become the Associate Managing Broker of the Harry Norman, Realtors Buckhead office.  His talents as a Managing Broker were quickly realized, and he was soon offered an opportunity to manage his own office.  Todd has been the Managing Broker of the Atlanta Perimeter since 2008, and also became the Managing Broker of the Blue Ridge Office in 2009. Todd’s philosophy and approach to management is simple; create and promote an agent-centric office that fosters honesty, integrity, teamwork and commonality in purpose.
