Atlanta Continues Community Meetings for 2025 Comprehensive Development Plan Update

The City of Atlanta is moving into its next series of public meetings to provide residents the opportunity to let their views and concerns be heard throughout the CDP update process.

As you know, the Department of City Planning is leading an 18-month planning process to update the current Vision and Goals, Needs and Opportunities, Policies and Actions in every Element of Plan A. As the starting point, Plan A starts to align various plans and initiatives using Atlanta City Design as a framework.

All REALTORS® are strongly encouraged to participate in this process. Your expertise and knowledge of our local communities, and neighborhoods will go a long way to ensure Atlanta continues to grow and prosper well into the future.
