- Total single family home sales: 296 (23.1% decrease)
- Median sales price: $597,000 (3.3% increase)
- Average sales price: $660,000 (7.9% increase)
- Total active listings: 420 (41.3% decrease)
- New listings: 357 (34.7% decrease)
- Month’s Supply: 1.5 (20% decrease)
Dawson County | July 2023
- Total single family home sales: 59 (47.5% increase)
- Median sales price: $435,000 (5.5% increase)
- Average sales price: $515,000 (3.5% increase)
- Total active listings: 141 (6.6% decrease)
- New listings: 82 (1.2% decrease)
- Month’s Supply: 2.9 (9.9% increase)
Lumpkin County | July 2023
- Total single family home sales: 30 (28.6% decrease)
- Median sales price: $349,000 (4.4% decrease)
- Average sales price: $415,000 (7.9% increase)
- Total active listings: 69 (28.9% decrease)
- New listings: 37 (47.9% decrease)
- Month’s Supply: 2.0 (16.2% decrease)
