About Event
The Mortgage 101 and Purchase Contracts class will cover the different areas of the qualification package a lender is required to review during the underwriting process and the things that can go wrong if a lender is not proactive in gathering the information in these areas. It will also cover the purchase contract and how it can impact the financing portion to proactively eliminate the need for amendments.
This course is provided by our Gold Partners Direct Lenders, LLC and being taught by our head underwriter. After completing the course, you are eligible for 3 CE Course Hours.
