Your Vote Matters: Don’t Miss the June 16 Runoff Elections

The election season is not over yet. On June 16, voters in several local races across metro Atlanta will return to the polls for runoff elections. While runoff elections often receive less attention and experience lower voter turnout, these races can have a significant impact on issues that matter to the real estate industry.

The Atlanta REALTORS® Political Action Committee (ARPAC) encourages all eligible members to make a plan to vote on June 16. Even a small number of votes can determine the outcome of a runoff election, making every vote especially important. If you are attending the 2026 National Association of REALTORS® Legislative Meetings, you will likely need to vote by mail or vote early, since Election Day will take place during these meetings.

Fulton County voters are also encouraged to vote for Atlanta Realtors® PAC supported candidate Robb Pitts in the upcoming runoff election for Fulton County Chair. Pitts is the incumbent in this race and will now face challenger Mo Ivory in the runoff election.
