In late February, the White House announced its “New Actions to Boost Housing Supply and Lower Housing Costs” aimed at creating more affordable homes and increasing transparency in rental housing. In addition to augmenting existing funding programs and transparency efforts, the administration’s plan includes new funding opportunities to support the expansion of manufactured housing.
