GREC sponsored Trust Accounts class offers attendees the opportunity to increase their knowledge of potential violations by discovering Broker responsibilities for funds disbursement. Students will complete Trust Account Ledger and Journal for both sales and rental transactions as well as sample reconciliation statements. Guidelines for maintaining trusts accounts reviewed and discussed.
