About Event

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to: 
(1) Recognize essential contract elements needed to prepare strong and reliable agreements
(2) Select and complete the contract exhibits most appropriate for each transaction 
(3) Accurately modify binding agreements through the proper use of amendments

(This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)
