Join us for a CE class focusing on the best practices to protect your client and the deal. How do agents best protect their buyers and sellers? What must a buyer provide to a seller and when? What are the rights of a seller if the buyer fails to act or their financing falls through? How does the appraisal contingency work? We will discuss all of this and more!
The class will cover exhibits and stips for the contract, purchase price and earnest money, concessions and closing costs, financing versus no financing, interest rate and buydowns, condos and insurance issues and alternative financing.
