2020 President, Jeff Pollock cordially invites you to attend the Annual Awards Meeting for the Installation of the 2021 Officers and Directors and recognition of the 2020 award recipients. The event will take place on Wednesday, December 9th at the Cherokee Town Club from 11:45 am - 1:15 pm. Due to COVID things will be a little different this year and although we are meeting in person this will be a limited capacity event and by invitation only. Only 2020 BOD and 2021 incoming Officers and Directors, along with our recognized Award winners and any special guests will be invited. Walk ins will not be allowed.
Face masks will be required upon entry into the building and during check in, and can only be removed while seated at your table during lunch. Assigned seats will be given and as soon as you arrive and check in, you will be directed to your assigned table. If you have any special dietary needs you can pick up a special place card at registration or notify your server at the table when service begins.
The dress is Business Attire (jackets are required for men). Registration/Check In will start at 11:45 am and the program will start promptly at 12:00 noon and end approximately at 1:15 pm. Only self parking will be available, no valet services will be provided.
