Now it is time to get down to the business of connecting with others to collect more than just a paycheck, but to create an opportunity to have a successful, lasting career. This interactive course explores all connections related to real estate from defining your "why"; looking at market trends to determine where you fit in; creating your niche; prospecting and working with buyers and sellers all the way through the transaction; to closing and following up to build lifelong connections. We discuss how License Law, Federal Fair Housing, Anti-Trust and NAR's Code of Ethics keep those connections lawful and ethical. Come prepared to work and leave with a plan to connect your way to the top in the real estate industry.
This class meets the GREC 3-hour mandated License Law requirement for real estate license renewal.

Your class information and Zoom link will be sent to you after registration, prior to class.
Requirements for participating in a virtual class:
- Your device must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.)
- You need to set up a free Zoom account prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.)
- You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during the 15-minute break) just as if you were sitting in a classroom.
