Sponsored by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, the Brokerage Management course is designed to outline considerations for new brokerages in Georgia. Together, we'll define the roles and responsibilities of a Qualifying Broker, Broker-in-Charge, Managing Broker, and Associate Broker. License law duties for brokerage firms will be thoroughly discussed. We'll also identify various business models that are available when opening a firm.
