NAR sets the “gold” for professional standard of conduct in the real estate industry. This course gives a brief history of NAR to understand how they incorporated and why. This course satisfies the NAR Triennial Code of Ethics training requirement. REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a three-year cycle. The new cycle (cycle 7) is January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2024.
