In this course, the students will examine Georgia's real estate license law and how it governs the licensing and conduct of real estate professionals. This course provides an overview of the role, structure, responsibilities and duties of the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
Course 71112 is GREC approved for 3 hours CE credit. If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit. GREC School - Atlanta REALTORS® School of Real Estate GREC 137. This class meets the GREC 3-hour mandated license law requirement for real estate license renewal.
