The goal of this course is to show students how to answer the question: "Is it time for my client to buy their own building?" Companies tend to jump straight to the financial reasons that they should buy, and very often they do so to their detriment. In this course we will discuss the financial and non-financial issues involved, as well as the key milestones of the purchase process.
