This course is designed to conquer the fear of math for the salesperson prelicense student. The course provides the tools needed to pass the math portion of the school and state final exams in a simple straightforward method. Learn the EASY way to calculate taxes, prorations, valuation/market sales price, yields, points, originations fee, monthly payments, amortization, NOI, capitalization and more.
Please Note: no educational credit is given for this course. However, it may be used for make-up time if you missed time in your in class course.
