This program is a workshop for Brokers and Agents who are moving into the business of renting/leasing properties. This is NOT a property management class.
Sales agents often think if they know how to list and sell a million dollar home and generate a $50,000 commission, they can lease a $1,200 rental property without additional education. This may seem a reasonable conclusion based on the size of the commission generated but it's not so. This class will examine the significant differences between the skills and training agents received for sales and the substantial differences there are to leasing. You'll be shocked at what you didn't know about the leasing process and maybe rethink whether or not you want to do leasing. Every Broker allowing his or her agents to do leasing and every Agent thinking about doing leasing, needs this class.
