You Can't Fix Stupid, But We Can Work With Ignorance! Are you in compliance? Do you know what license law says about presentation of offers? How about the Rules? BRRETA? Code of Ethics? Do you know what is required if changing brokers? Do you know what the requirements are when you own real estate as a licensee?
