CREATE Better Solutions to Conflict in Business and in Life Whether business or personal, the conflicts we deal with in our lives have at least 6 factors in common. Currency of some kind is being exchanged, and it's not always money. Reliability is an issue - can the other party be trusted? Energy is expended by the parties. Alternatives exist - otherwise, why bother to negotiate? Time pressure plays a role. Emotions influence all of the other factors. In this program, Ed Riggins builds on 30 years of experience of being a paid negotiator to bring these 6 issues to life using real-world examples from his professional and personal experience.
