About Event

This course is designed to cover the updates and changes to the 2017 GAR Forms Package and provide a practical guide for the successful completion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement. The student will identify and successfully complete the newest forms and identify the changes to existing forms. In addition, the student will recognize the most common misconceptions which lead to typical errors while creating a valid and enforceable contract.
