About Event

NAR sets the “Gold” for professional standard of conduct in the real estate industry. This course gives a brief history of NAR to understand how they incorporated and why. All seventeen articles are covered. Case studies are reviewed to show the intent of the articles. Come connect to Code of Ethics. This course fulfills NAR's Code of Ethics Training Requirement for REALTORS® members. All REALTORS® are required to complete Code of Ethics Training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Fair Housing / Anti Bias training timeline. This requirement has begun January 1, 2025 with a deadline of December 31, 2027. Please visit www.nar.realtor/code-of-ethics-training for more information. This class is open to everyone! New members of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA) are required to complete a Code of Ethics course within their first six months of membership. New ARA members can take this course for free with a $25 refundable deposit. This course is also available to all REALTORS® who need to meet NAR's Code of Ethics Training requirement. Non-members may register at the standard rate. Please note: this course is primarily residentially focused.

Ennis Antoine, ABR, CRS, e-PRO, MBA

Ennis Antoine is a leader and professional REALTOR® who combines his passion for the real estate industry with his unrelenting commitment to continuing education and the REALTOR® organization. Ennis started his career in 1985 in New Orleans, Louisiana, before transferring to Atlanta, Georgia as an associate broker with Better Homes in Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers. Today, Ennis is the Team Leader for his office of over 232 agents. Ennis is a certified real estate instructor, teaching the 75 hour sales pre-license course and post license courses to new agents across the state of Georgia. He has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and is Quality Service Certified (QSC).

Ennis served in 2015 as the President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, the largest local REALTOR® association in Georgia with over 10,000 members. Ennis has served in numerous leadership roles within the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). He is a graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy and was recently inducted into the prestigious NAR REALTORS® Political Action Committee Hall of Fame.

Ennis has received the Atlanta REALTORS® President's Award, 5 Star Circle Award, Captain of Industry Award and REALTOR® of the Year Award. A man of service, he has been a Deacon in his church for over 20 years and is heavily involved with Habitat for Humanity, working on houses all across the nation. Above all else, Ennis is a dedicated husband to his wife Wanda of 24 years, father of three, and grandfather of nine.
