In this course, we’ll examine Georgia real estate license law and how it governs the licensure and conduct of real
estate agents. An overview of the role structure, responsibilities and duties of the commission and their impact on
real estate in Georgia today.
At the conclusion of this class, students will be able to reference the rules and regulations set forth by Georgia Real
estate commission; discuss the requirements for trust and escrow accounts; and stay in compliance with the rules
and regulations of the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
