About Event
This course empowers real estate professionals to operate with the mindset, structure, and compliance of a true business owner. Using Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) laws and rules as the framework, agents will learn to maintain proper escrow accounts, handle earnest money, hire and supervise assistants lawfully, manage client relationships, and use contracts and retainer fees effectively while minimizing liability. Students will leave equipped to run their real estate practice like a business built on ethics, systems, and compliance.
ARA members can take this course for free with a $25 refundable deposit. Non-Member Early Registration is $49, and becomes $59 for Standard Registration 24 hours prior to the class.
