Due to recent developments in the real estate market and the country, real estate brokers have had to adopt new business practices. Brokers are responsible for the actions of affiliated licensees and must remain aware of all regulations governing compliance. Otherwise, brokers can find themselves in court actions, and ignorance is still no excuse. This course focuses on the state and federal laws that regulate how information must be handled.
