Learn how to read a survey and sell real estate at another level from the average agent. Your clients are not just buying a house, they're buying property too. Some of the topics that will be discussed will be state waters buffers, flood plains, zoning building setbacks, utility pipes and utility or drainage easements. This class is taught by McClung Surveying who have over 35 years of experience.
