This Code of Ethics course satisfies NAR's Triennial training requirement. All REALTORS must complete one ethics training of not less than 2 hours and 30 minutes of instructional time within a 3-year cycle. Cycle 7 runs from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.
This course is geared towards commercial agents.
Regarding the $25 Deposit for FREE ACBR Programs...
The ACBR Board of Directors implemented a $25 deposit required for free programs to limit the no-show rate and to help ensure that members who wish to attend these programs would be able to do so. If you pay the deposit to register, you will receive a refund after you either (1) attend the program or (2) cancel with 24 hours of advance notice. Thank you for your understanding.
